Are there setup fees?

No. You pay the plan price and nothing else. There are no setup fees and no hidden charges.

What do longer billing periods save?

Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months at once lowers the monthly price. The table above shows the exact saving in euros for each plan.

Can I combine a coupon with a billing-period discount?

No. Discounts don't combine. If you use a coupon, the order page applies whichever saves you more: the coupon or the billing-period discount.

Does my price change when I renew?

No. Your server renews at the price you ordered it at, even if our list prices change later.

How do I pay?

With crypto through Cryptomus (Bitcoin, Monero, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin and more) or from your account balance. You can add funds from €10.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can move to a bigger plan or add resources at any time and only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades are not offered.

What if it is not for me?

First orders come with a 48-hour refund to your account balance. See the refund policy for the details.

Is an IPv4 address included?

Yes, every server includes one dedicated IPv4 address. Extra IPv4 addresses are available as an add-on.
